You must send proof of purchase to [email protected] so we can locate your eBook and send it to you. If you do not have proof of purchase we are unable to find your eBook for you.

Our sample boards are custom made in small quantities therefore we do not allow returns or refunds, however we will replace any damaged boards due to shipping.

Live Virtual Event Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your event date or transfer your event date please see below. Once our virtual live events are completed we do not offer any refunds.
Live Virtual Event Cancellation & Transfer Policy
A deposit refund, minus a $300 non-refundable registration fee, is available if you cancel three weeks prior to the course date. Cancellations made within three weeks of course date will not receive a refund. Instead, the deposit must be applied to any True Colour Expert training held within the following 12 calendar months, if not your deposit will be forfeited and a $500 transfer fee will apply if you transfer to another course less than 3 weeks before the course date. $125 non-refundable fee will apply if you transfer your registration to another course before 3 weeks.
Online Design Consultation Refund Policy
Things come up in life, situations get altered or sometimes we just change our mind – it happens. Our eDesign team is here to make you happy and we are committed to complete client satisfaction. So, if within 90 days of your purchase, and prior to submitting your information, you change your mind, we will provide a refund less a 5% administrative fee. After 90 days, or once you have initiated the consultation process by submitting your information, we can no longer provide a refund.
